A persistent, shared context that lives beneath the AI work your team already does. No new interface to learn. No new process to follow. Your AI client is the interface. Ambix is your shared product context beneath it — and the result, over time, is a team that moves from the same understanding of why.
And your delivery tools stay — Ambix never writes to Jira, Linear, or GitHub, but connects through MCP to work alongside them, so strategy and priorities stay aligned with the work happening everywhere else.
You’re running a customer interview in your AI client. You dig into pain points, map them against competitors, pull together hours of analysis. When you’re done, you say: “Save this in Ambix.”
Your AI client interprets the material, creates a Finding, and asks: which initiatives and opportunities does this affect? You confirm in seconds.
But it goes both ways. Mid-task, ask your AI client “what’s the why behind this initiative?” — it pulls the strategy, the decisions, the context, inline. No tab-switch. No meeting. No waiting for the person who was there when the decision was made.
The Finding links into the chain — connected to the opportunities it informs, the initiatives it should shape, the strategy it either supports or challenges. The next time a prioritisation conversation happens, that analysis is already in the room. Not in someone’s memory. Not buried in a chat history. In the structure where it belongs.
AI can process complex relationships and information structures faster than any individual. The bottleneck was never the analysis — it was getting that analysis into the right place in the chain. Ambix removes that bottleneck.
Each domain of the framework maps directly to how the product is structured — expand the mapping if you want the architecture.
Three principles govern the relationship:
Identity holds who we are and what we believe. In Ambix: Purpose, Value position, Beliefs, Diagnosis, and Principles. These are the elements that inform every other domain — not above them, alongside them. When a strategic decision feels wrong, Identity is usually the signal.
Direction Space holds where we are going. In Ambix: Guiding Policy, Objectives, Success Metric, Themes, Horizons. Themes are the interface — they translate long-term direction into outcome-focused areas that Priority Space can act on.
Priority Space is where Product primarily operates. In Ambix: Initiatives, Opportunities, Assumptions. Initiatives are the aggregation point — not projects, but focused ambitions gathered around a goal. The Initiative Board is a view on Priority Space: initiatives prioritised against each other using Value vs Effort dialogue.
Progress Space is where the team builds. In Ambix: Work Items and Assumptions. Work Items live at epic level and aggregate up to the initiative. Engineering breaks them down further in their own tools. Progress is the norm — stopping requires a reason and carries a cost.
Landscape is the map of the reality the product operates in. In Ambix: Journey Phases and User Roles. These map horizontally across all other domains — an initiative can connect to a journey phase, a principle can be anchored to a journey step.
Learning flows in all directions. In Ambix: Materia (raw source material), Findings (distilled learnings), Signals (quick observations). Learning that does not connect to a decision is storage, not learning. A Finding should be able to reshape an objective or theme directly.
Not a domain — the mechanism. In Ambix: audit entries and activity feed capture Conviction Moments as they happen. Ambix documents and distributes Conviction Moments. It does not create them — they are created in dialog. But they should be visible, traceable, and shareable.
One workspace, every function — because shared product context only works if everyone can contribute to it, from their own corner of the work.
The broadest role — moves through Direction, Learning, and Priority Space. Can legitimately start anywhere: strategy, discovery, priorities, or the work being shaped.
Owns Landscape — the user journey and roles every other domain maps against. Research and usability work live here as findings that reshape initiatives, not notes that get filed away.
Lives in Progress Space — what the team is building right now, and how it connects upward to why.
Lives in Direction and Identity — purpose, conviction, compass, and where the product is going.
Lives in Learning — what customers say, structured into findings the product team can act on.
Lives in Learning — the questions and complaints heard every day, captured as raw material.
Lives in Identity and Direction — conviction and differentiation, the source of a consistent message.
Behind the product is a philosophy about how teams navigate together — Navigate by Conviction — and the framework that carries it: four convictions, six domains, and the relationships between them.

Ambix is in early access, working alongside the tools you already have. We’re onboarding teams who work through their AI tools every day — and are willing to help shape what that looks like.
